We provide all kinds of services. Whatever problem you are having with your computer, it is very likely that we can fix it. For a more detailed description, see our list of services here. Even if the service you need is not on the list, we can still work on it.

Do you sell software?

Yes. We sell software such as Microsoft Office. We also sell everyone’s favorite operating system, Windows 7. We are also happy to provide you with less expensive or even free alternatives to your chosen software.

Do you sell new computers?

Yes. We sell new computers as we custom build them. We custom build a computer depending on whether you want a gaming PC or you have to use it for CAD or multimedia video editing.

Do you provide replacement parts for PC, laptops, and Mac?

Yes, we provide all replacement parts.

What payments do you accept?

We accept all forms of credit card and bank transfer.

Are there services that you don’t offer?

There are no services that we do not offer. In case we are not able to accommodate your computer issue, we can always refer someone else.

How long should I wait before a technician can come to my place?

Usually the technician can come on the same day if you book early.

How much time will it take to resolve my computer issue?

Big issues usually get fixed overnight although it might take longer than that. Of course we will always discuss these possibilities with you beforehand. We always prioritize businesses as they need their machines up and running to maintain their business.

How do I make sure I don't lose any data?

We make every effort to not lose your data. For extra measure, we also back up data before starting any of our work.

Do you have any service guarantees?

A lot of companies often mention “No Fix, No Fee.” In our case, there is always a minimum pay of A$110 which includes diagnostics. We stand by the fact that all problems can be fixed, it just may not be economically viable.

What if the repairs can't be completed on site?

We sometimes have to take away your machine for reinstall issues or Windows update issues.
